（二） A pplying to a library card please bring your identification card.
（三） A pplying to a library for Your children please bring your identification card.
（四） Tree years old and over can apply to library cards.
（五） Losting Your first library card, you must forewarn immediately and apply to a new library card,
　　　 charges NT.30.
（六） Losting Your library card please forewarn immediately to save your right.
