Brief Introdution
The Ruan's is one of the most famous families in HeMei area. Their ancestors came to Taiwan in the years of Kang Xi. And they emphasized on education. For the sake that their children didn't need to go to the Dao Dong school that was 5 lis way, they set up their private school in the backyard of Gu Cuo. And there were special rooms for teachers so that the students could go to them once they had problems.

Word-Acquisition Place
Today, there is still the Word Inquisition Place in the Temple of Ruan which is a legacy of the past. It is in the side room of the brick house in the backyard. The three words of Word, Inquisition, and Place are written with a sense o power and are carved on the top of the wooden wall.

Culture Legacy
Because of the establishment of private school, and that the old men of the Ruan's know mandarins quite well, we can also see the achievement made by the Ruan's after half a century today, which seems to be an evidence that the private school is also a culture legacy from ancestors.
